artifacts on screen (header of table appears elsewhere)

We have upgraded to latest version of http://www.datatables.net/ jQuery plugin. Now I have some issues: table header appears on top of screen (as if it's set a CSS position=absloute, and on upper side of screen). After some clicking on table it redraws in right place.

Can this be fixed? We use Firefox and Chrome.
